Mission Statement & Staff

Thomas Givnish is a resident of Moorestown. A third generation funeral director, Tom is a licensed funeral director and insurance provider in NJ and PA. He and his wife, Janette, have three children: Megan, Thomas and Tess, and one grandson: James. He graduated from the American Academy McAllister Institute of Funeral Service in 1985. He is a past President of the Mt. Holly Rotary Club. Tom is parishioner of Our Lady of Good Council Church in Moorestown.

Michael Givnish, a resident of Cinnaminson since 1978, is a third generation funeral director. He is a licensed funeral director in both NJ and PA. He and his wife, Kate, have four children: Michael Jr., Mary Ellen, Maureen and Emily, and two grandchildren: Willis and Vada. He graduated from the American Academy McAllister Institute of Funeral Service in 1978. He is a parishioner of St. Charles Borromeo Church in Cinnaminson, and a past president of the Palmyra-Riverton-Cinnaminson Rotary Club. He is also a member of the St. Joseph’s Knights of Columbus Council # 1984.

Maureen Whirledge, manager of the Givnish Funeral Home in Cinnaminson, has been a resident of Cinnaminson for most of her life. As the daughter of Michael, she is a fourth generation funeral director. She received a Bachelor degree in Marketing from Drexel University in 2007, and went on to receive an Associate degree in Mortuary Science from Mercer County Community College in 2011. She lives in Cinnaminson with her husband, Zach, and son, Willis.

Megan Givnish, manager of the Givnish Funeral Home in Maple Shade, is living in Cinnaminson, and is a previous resident of Moorestown. Daughter of Tom, she graduated American Academy McAllister Institute of Funeral Service with high honors to become a fourth generation funeral director. She previously attended Rowan University and Burlington County Community College. She lives in Cinnaminson with her husband, Jeremy, and her son, James.
