Uncle Mike - I look back on the time when down the shore you helped us comb the beach for nighttime crabs while waiting to catch a glimpse of the elusive junkyard cat – hoping it would emerge from the dunes. Sorry to hear the sad news. My heartfelt condolences to all McHughs and Galvins and all other family members and friends touched by Mike's passing. Life is short so give it your best effort just like Mike.
Mike was my best friend when he lived in Palmyra. Although we lost contact after he moved to Cinnaminson, I always asked anyone I met that attended both Lenape or Cinnaminson High Schools if they knew Mike. In the picture, he is the on the left.
Uncle Mike, you will always be remembered for your great smile that matched the light in your eyes. Our family will miss you but I hold on to the thought that any pain and suffering has ended. May you and the family be at peace. Love always, Meg

I am so sorry - we just learned about Mike... Peggy and especially Cullen we are so heartbroken for all of you. He was a special man and touched so many young lives... Will miss seeing him out in the yard with Riley. Our love and prayers are with all of you...
