    Enrico J. Ciarrocchi Sr.

    November 30, 1933 - March 22, 2022

    Enrico J. Ciarrocchi, Sr. of Mount Laurel, passed away peacefully on March 22, 2022 at Samaritan Hospice in Voorhees. Born in Camden, to Saturno and Felicia Ciarrocchi, Enrico was 88 years old. Rico was the beloved husband of 62 years to Lina (nee Rodi) Ciarrocchi who passed away in September 2021. Loving father of Enrico, Jr., Michael (Jennifer), and Lisa Ambrose (Gene). Cherished grandfather of Alyssa Carr (Phil), Alexandra Cacciola (Nick), Enrico, III, Kristina Heran (Joe), Gabrielle (John), Victoria, Christopher, Giovanni and Gianna. Great grandfather of Joseph, Kalli and Hank. Dear brother of Joann Tornari, the late Serafino Ciarrocchi and his wife Mary, the late Joseph Ciarrocchi and the late Benito “Benny” Ciarrocchi. Rico is also survived by his sister-in-law Nicky Ciarrocchi, many nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends who will miss him dearly. Rico proudly served his country in the US Army in Korea. He was a retired truck driver for Railway Express in Philadelphia for over 30 years. Rico was a kind man who was generous to charities, especially for the children. He enjoyed working on automobiles and was a great handyman. He was a social man with a good sense of humor. He enjoyed the beach and fishing, he was an avid reader, and most importantly he devoted his life to his family and cherished the time he spent with them. Relatives and friends are invited to gather at Givnish of Marlton, 398 East Main Street, on Monday, March 28th, from 9 am to 10:30 am. His Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 11 am at St. Joan of Arc Parish, 100 Willow Bend Rd., Marlton. Burial, with Military Honors will follow at Calvary Cemetery, Cherry Hill, NJ. In lieu of flowers, donations in Enrico’s memory may be made to St Jude Children’s Research Hospital, www.stjude.org. To share your fondest memories and condolences, please visit www.Givnish.com.
