Leighann Cyphers Pronkowitz Russo, a resident of Mt. Laurel, passed away suddenly surrounded by her family and friends on November 14. She was 37. Beloved wife for 13 years of Mark Pronkowitz Russo. Loving mother of Luca and Annabella Pronkowitz Russo. Sister of Christopher Cyphers and Jennifer Cyphers. Dear daughter of John Cyphers and the late Sheryl Milligan. Leighann is also survived by many close friends, colleagues, nieces and nephews. Leighann was born in Marlton, New Jersey and attended Jaggard Elementary School and graduated Cherokee High School. Leighann also graduated Rowan University with a Bachelor’s in Marketing and she graduated Our Lady of Lourdes School Of Nursing with a Bachelor’s in Nursing. She was a Registered Nurse and worked at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital and Osborn Family Health Center. Leighann was super athletic and played soccer, softball, karate, running and kickboxing. Her passion was health and fitness and she enjoyed teaching and motivating others to get healthy and strong. Leighann and Mark met at her work 20 years ago and their friendship quickly grew into more. Then were married on November 22nd, 2008 in Punta Cona, Dominican Republic. Mark and Leighann were best friends and spent most of their time together. Leighann became a mother on April 30, 2010 with Annabella and then on January 24, 2014 with Luca. Leighann was an amazing mother, wife, nurse, friend and teacher. She was full of life and cared more about others than she did about herself. Her amazing smile was contagious and would make anyone feel loved. Relatives and friends are invited to Celebrate Leighann’s life on Saturday, November 20th 4:30-7:30PM at Givnish’s of Marlton, 398 E. Main Street. Interment is private. In lieu of flowers the family request donations to Luca and Annabella education fund c/o Givnish FH. 398 E.
