Lucy Jane Pensabene

March 7, 1937 - February 4, 2022

Lucy Jane Pensabene (née Tonella), of Marlton, NJ, passed away unexpectedly on February 4, 2022, due to complications from an aortic valve replacement procedure. Born in Camden, NJ to the late Jack and Ersilia Tonella (née Meloni), she was 84 years old. Lucy was the beloved mother of Richard A. Pensabene (Tami) of Telford, PA, and Cynthia A. Headen (Steve) of Ann Arbor, MI; cherished grandmom of Ashley Renae and Joshua Cole Headen. Lucy is survived by many extended family members and friends who will miss her dearly. Lucy had a passion for getting fancied up to go out dancing, especially to the music of Elvis “The King” Presley. She was an avid reader of mystery and fiction books going through one or two books a month. She also liked to travel, both domestically and internationally, but Graceland (home of The King) was by far her favorite destination. Relatives and friends are invited to gather at Givnish of Marlton, 398 East Main Street, on Friday, February 11th from 10:30 am to 11:30 am. A Catholic service will begin at 11:30 am, followed by entombment in Calvary Mausoleum, Cherry Hill, NJ. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Lucy may be made to a charity of your choice.
