Mary Capece

May 3, 1921 - May 11, 2022

Mary Capece (nee Salemno), of Cinnaminson, NJ, passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by her family on May 11, 2022. She was born in Philadelphia and recently celebrated her 101st birthday. Mary was the beloved wife of the late Severino “David” Capece for 69 years until his passing in 2011; devoted mother of Bill Capece (Aurelia), David Capece (Lisa), Robert Capece, Mary Weinstein (Kevin), and the late Carmen “Frank” Capece (Terri). She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren, and her dear sister Rose DiPinto, along with many nieces, nephews and friends. Mary helped her late husband David build a successful construction business. Mary’s primary focus was her family. She was a terrific mom and instilled in her children a sense of confidence and strong values that have served them well. She was very much loved and will be greatly missed. Relatives and friends are invited to gather at Givnish of Cinnaminson, 1200 Route 130 North, on Thursday evening, May 19th, from 6 pm to 8 pm, and Friday morning, May 20th, from 9 am to 10 am. Her Funeral Mass will begin at 10:30 am at St. Charles Borromeo Church, 2500 Branch Pike, Cinnaminson. Interment will be private.
