January 20, 1919 – February 6, 2022 Mary Green (nee Morgan), age 103 years, of Hainesport NJ formerly Mt Laurel is now rejoicing in heaven with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Mary was the beloved wife of the late George W Green Jr until his passing January 11, 1976. Mary was dearly loved by her daughters Ann (late Ivar) Ore, Carol (Fred) Parker and Kay Hinds. Grandmother to Carol Luray Spence, Mary Elizabeth (Chip) McDermott, Sean (Melodie) Parker, Kyle (Elizabeth) Parker, Heather (Rich) Rose, Deidre (Tim) Vogler, Danielle (Kris) Shane, and Ashley (Greg) Krause. Great Grandmother to Ashley Luray, Andrew (Kellie), Alyssa, Bethany Ann (Matthew), Carl (Katie), Daniel (Samantha), William, Elaina, Aiden, Gavin, Owen, Kasey Mae, Chad, Ian, Max, Keira, Austin, Haley, Kaiden, Keegan, Hayden, Garrett and Zander. Great Great Grandmother to Landon, Ricky, Charley Grace, Zoe, Gunner and Jack. Mary was a genteel lady, but still a West Virginia country girl. Loved and admired by all who knew her, Mary was passionate witnessing about her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, down to earth, and a kind and proper lady. Mary received her Bachelor’s degree in Home Economics from Michigan State University. She was a Home Economics teacher at Cherry Hill High School East until she retired in 1984. For 35 years, she was a very active member of Easton Bible Church, playing piano for children’s Sunday school, leading 2 organizations ministering to widowed women, and sewing costumes for “The Last Supper”. She also taught Bible studies at the Christian Women’s Club. The visitation will take place on Wednesday, February 9, 2022 from 10:15 am to 11:15 am at Easton Bible Church, 2407 Fostertown Road, Hainesport, NJ 08036, followed by a memorial service from 11:30 pm to 12:30 pm.
