Dearest Family and Friends, Last night my beloved mother passed away peacefully at home in her sleep, with her loving husband and devoted son by her side. She was diagnosed with bile duct cancer this past February, and for 10 months she faced this disease with hope, courage, and bravery. Mom was ever the optimist, and it was very important to her that her condition would not upset any of her family and friends. Her death will come as a surprise to many. But if you are reading this, you should know that in mom's heart, she loved her friends and cared for them deeply. And in her heart, she knew that her friends loved her and cared for her the same. Unfortunately, because of the worsening Covid situation, those of us she left behind are unable to give her the memorial service that she deserves today. However, assuming the Covid situation is under control by then, we plan to organize a celebration of her life on her birthday, March 7, next year. In the meantime, I encourage you to spend a few moments on this tribute page, to share your pictures of her, as well as to leave messages of remembrance and what she meant to you.
