    December 24, 1956 - April 21, 2021

Michael J. Wagner passed away peacefully on Wednesday, April 21, 2021, at his residence in Marlton surrounded by his family. Born in New York City, New York to Robert and Marie Wagner, Michael was 64 years old. Beloved husband of 30 years to Beth M. (Donaher). Loving father of Michael J. Wagner, Christopher T. Wagner and Timothy R. Wagner. Brother of Robert (M.J.), William (Sharon), Victoria (Thomas) Aloia, JoAnn (Jeffrey) Silcox and Barbara (Doug) Peterlin. Michael is survived by 14 nieces and nephews. He also leaves behind his dogs; Anthony, Charlie and Hannah. Michael received his MBA from Wilkes University, and undergraduate from William and Mary College where he received a full scholarship for playing football. Upon graduation he began his thirty-four-year career at Verizon and retired as a director. He loved the simple things in life like collecting Christmas snow globes and Hess trucks, attending football games at Holy Cross High School and Lehigh University, and spent weekends watching sports with his sons. Michael taught his sons that life is short and to cherish the little things such as minor league baseball games, noting the change in seasons, and spending time with friends and family. He loved family holidays and was grateful for the time he was able to spend with them. A gathering of family and friends will be held Tuesday, April 27th, from 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at Givnish of Marlton 398 East Main Street. His Funeral Mass will follow 11 a.m. at The Church of St. Isaac Jogues 349 Evesboro-Medford Road Marlton. Social distancing will be in effect, please wear masks. Interment will follow at Jesus, Bread of Life Cemetery, Mt. Laurel. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The Church of Saint Isaac Jogues.
