Walter Joseph Ramminger

WALTER JOSEPH RAMMINGER September 17, 1923 - January 2, 2022 Age 98 a loving father, grandfather, friend and a spiritual brother and father, died on January 2, 2022 at home. Walter was a lifelong resident of Maple Shade N.J. He was born on September 17, 1923 to Frank and Babette (nee Beck) Ramminger. He came from a family of three brothers and five sisters. All but one sister has preceded him in death. During his secular career he was a lithographer for 42 years in Philadelphia, Pa. Walter was baptized as one of Jehovah's Witnesses on April 6, 1952 in Camden, N.J. He was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses in Moorestown, N.J. For over 70 years he was an active minister who aided many people to come to know the truths of the Bible. He truly loved telling people about his God - Jehovah, His beautiful creations and the heavenly Kingdom government under the Kingship of Christ Jesus. Walt's hope is to be resurrected back to life on a Paradise earth and was looking forward to the time when he will help beautify the earth into a Paradise - Jehovah's purpose for the earth. All who knew Walt recognized his love of the Bible, his meetings and ministry, flowers, gardening, fishing and the Brotherhood. Walter was predeceased by the one true love of his life, his wife Gloria. They were married for 62 years. Walter was father to Wayne (Ginger, deceased) Ramminger of Temecula, California; Carolyn (Sam) Sherba of Willingboro, N.J.; Linda (Richard) Galletta of Monroeville, N.J. and grandfather to Michael (deceased), Eric, Brandon, Melissa, Philip, Justin, Janeen, Shaun and Ryan. Step-grandfather to Audrey, Pamela, Valerie, Camie, Keith, Jamie. He was also a great - grandfather to Charles (deceased), Ashley, Amber, Michael, Brenden, Kaitlyn, Alexus, Madelyn, Marnie, Ava, Brielle, Gavin, Logan, Isla, Brody, Logan, Aiden and great, great - grandfather to Brayden. Walter's family express their deepest gratitude to all their family and friends for their love and support. The Samaritan Hospice of Mt. Laurel, N.J. is also thanked for their kind and timely work.
