So sorry for your loss. I remember once she gave me a book out of the blue (The Girl On The Train). I don’t usually enjoy books gifted to me, especially novels, but I just adored this one. I asked her why she chose to give it to me? How did she know I’d like it so much? She laughed and said she didn’t know; she just started reading it herself and couldn’t stand it so she gave it to me just in case. That memory always makes me smile. Rest In Peace.
