Bush, Adam M. of Maple Shade, NJ died suddenly on January 3, 2015 age 30 years. Loving son of Michelle A.(nee Cox) and Robert A. Bush of Maple Shade, NJ. Dear brother of Nicole M. Bush. Also survived by several Aunts and Uncles, and many cousins. Adam was a proud member of the Sheet Metal Workers Local Union 19 of Philadelphia, PA.
