Adrienne Vilma Cook, of Maple Shade, passed away on October 22, 2016. She was 63 years old.
Adrienne was the beloved wife of the late Francis Lech. Loving mother of Andrew, Christopher, Sarah, and Emily. Dear grandmother of Madison and Rylan. Loving sister of Kevin, Roy, Linda, Neil, Maureen, Colleen, Paul, Brian, Erin, Joel, and the late Ricky.
