Agostinho "Augie" Silva's Obituary
Agostinho “Augie” Silva passed away peacefully on Monday, July 31, 2023 at Cooper Hospital in Camden. Born in Aveiro, Portugal, to Armando Marques Silva and Alexandrina Santos Rosa. Agostinho was 66 years old. He was a resident of Cinnaminson, NJ, formerly of Marlton, NJ.
Beloved husband of 9 years to Maria Lucia Fernandes and stepfather to Thiarles Silva and Thiago Silva. Loving father of Nuno Silva. Cherished grandfather of Bruno and Bianca Silva. Agostinho is one of 8 children, his siblings are all from Portugal. Manuel Rosa Silva, Armando Sousa Modesto, José Luis Rosa Silva, Maria Lurdes Rosa Silva, Maria Helena Rosa Silva, Carla Alexandra Rosa Silva and Armanda Manuela Rosa Silva. Also surviving are many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Augie was the owner of DaSilva Auto Repair in Pennsauken, NJ.
A gathering of family and friends will be held this Saturday from 9:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. at Givnish of Cinnaminson, 1200 Route 130 North. Augie’s Funeral Service will follow at 11 a.m. Burial will take place at Lakeview Memorial Park, Cinnaminson, NJ.
