Albert R. Tama, M.D., 88, passed away on June 5, 2018. He is survived by his brother, Lawrence, and preceded in death by sister, Margaret. Surrounded by his wife of forty years, Jean, her daughter Ellen Kaplan (Alan), and his four children, Robin (Bill), Christopher (Pam), Lisa Blank (Jeff), and Stephanie Bartels (Patrick), Albert came to his peaceful rest at Cooper Hospital in Camden, NJ. Since 1966, Dr. Tama has been associated with Cooper Hospital where he served as a physician, Acting Chief of Obstetrics & Gynecology, and as Executive Vice President of Medical Affairs. Consistently generous and thoughtful, “Grandpop” shared his heart and humor with his five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
