Our sincerest condolences to Lynn and her family. Mr. Black was a true old-school gentleman. I remember his welcoming smile whenever I would visit Lynn at their home in Moorestown. He was the last surviving parent of our special friend group, our beloved father figure, and he will be missed.
May you and your family be surrounded by the peace of God and the love of family at this difficult time.
Luv,
Maureen Freedman and family.
A true "good guy". Helped me at the start of my career. Always available to talk shop or just talk about family. Loved to laugh about my relationship with Craig (St. Joe's ) and me (Villanova). Many found memories of our times together.
Rest in Peace my friend.

Allen Black was a stellar influence on my career as a real estate appraiser. Allen was an example of integrity and professionalism to all who met or worked with him. My sincere condolences to his family.
The best of the best, "Blackie" will be missed by many including myself who learned and profited from his guidance and support.
My condolences to Lynn, Todd, Craig, Sue and their families. My Allen's memory be a blessing.

Sad day, Allen was a great person. Our prayers are with the Black Family.
A gentle kind man with integrity.
He was the first real estate appraiser that I met and we eventually took our MAI final. Exam together remaining friends for over 40 years.
Rest in peace my friend.
