Andrew E. Myers' Obituary
Andrew E. Myers passed away peacefully on Wednesday, October 23, 2024 with his family by his side. Born in Philadelphia to Raymond and Dolores Myers, Andy was 72 years old. He was a resident of Moorestown and formerly of Edgewater Park and Burlington Township.
Beloved husband of 46 years to his high school sweetheart Patricia (nee Heal). Loving father of Sara and her husband Fran. Cherished “Grandy” to his granddaughters. Brother of Ray (Marie), Jim and Greg. Dear uncle of Jennifer, Eric, Maura and Gregory. Brother-in-law of Chuck (Ginny). Also surviving are many close friends.
Andy received his bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from The College of New Jersey. He worked for the Superior Courts of Burlington County for 40 years.
Andy enjoyed American History- visiting many President’s homes and battlefields, rooting for the Phillies, Eagles and Flyers, and especially family vacations on L.B.I.
A gathering of family and friends will be held Wednesday from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at St. Katherine Drexel Church, 223 East Union Street, Burlington, NJ. Andy’s Funeral Mass will follow at 11 a.m.
Burial will take place at Cedar Hill Cemetery, Florence, NJ.
If so desired in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Andy’s name may be made to The Museum of the American Revolution or a charity of your choice.
