Anna M. Long, 92, passed away peacefully on March 5, 2026. Born on February 24, 1934, in Philadelphia, PA, she was the devoted wife of the late William Long.
Anna was the loving mother of Kathleen Long, William Charles Long, Deborah Eades (Girard), Joseph Long, Theresa Noone (Edward), Robert Long, Anna Hunter (Charles), Shirley Anderson (Acie), and Michael Long. She was a cherished grandmother to 12 and great-grandmother to 17. Anna was also the last surviving of her four siblings. She will be deeply missed by her many friends, relatives, and extended family.
Anna grew up in Philadelphia, PA. She married her husband, William, in 1952, and in 1960 they moved to Beverly, NJ, and later Edgewater Park, where they raised their nine children. Anna loved to cook and bake, and her friends at Masonic Village always looked forward to her famous cheesecake. She also had a passion for gardening, enjoyed arranging flowers, and loved crafting.
Graveside services for Anna will be held privately by the family.
