Anna Taylor's Obituary
Anna (Anne) Lillian Taylor, age 87, of Delran, NJ, passed away peacefully on January 22, 2013 at Seashore Gardens Living Center in Galloway Township, NJ. From her birth in Philadelphia in 1925 to her death on Tuesday, Anne was beloved for her warmth and her caring nature by family, friends and all who met her. One of 13 children, Anne was raised by Albert and Tillie Boyle after the death of her mother, Frances Ladginski. It was while working at the Philadelphia Naval Yard that Anne met the love of her life, John Taylor, and the two were married on November 24, 1945. John and Anne were blessed with five children: Kathy (Sciscio), Maureen (Copper), John, Dennis and Dan. Anne devoted her life to raising and caring for her children, and the Taylor home in Delran, NJ was a frequent gathering spot for friends, teammates and an ever-growing extended family. Anne was active in her children?s schools and the Church of the Holy Name (now Parish of the Resurrection), where she contributed her time and energy to both the Altar-Rosary Society and Seniors Club. Left to honor Anne and remember her love are Anne?s five children; sons-in-law Allan Sciscio and Ken Copper, daughters-in-law Kathy Taylor, Mary Taylor and Christine Taylor; seven grandchildren: Leigh Anne (Frank) Moriarty, Amy (Ted) Buiting, Wayne (Baniela) Sciscio, Brooke (Travis) Finlayson, Ian Taylor, Michele Taylor and Ryan Taylor; four great-grandchildren: Madison, Gavin, Jack and Eden; a sister, Veronica Vincent; and many nieces and nephews. Anne was preceded in death by her loving husband John and her parents. Funeral services will be held on Monday, January 28th, at Parish of the Resurrection, 260 Conrow Road, Delran, NJ. The family will greet relatives friends at the church from 9:30 a.m. until 10:45 am. The funeral Mass will begin at 11:00 AM, followed by interment at Lakeview Mausoleum, Cinnaminson, NJ. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Anne?s name to The Sisters of St. Joseph Welcome Center c/o Sister Eileen Marnien, 728 E.
