Anna Josephine Tedesco's Obituary
Anna J. Tedesco (nee DeMaio) passed away peacefully on January 19, 2015 at The Riverview Estates, Riverton, NJ.
Born in Phila, Anna was 98 years old. She was a former resident of the Olney section of Phila and New Port Richey, FL. Beloved wife of the late Anthony "Tony" Tedesco. Loving mother of Ac (Beth) Tedesco, Sister Rosemarie Tedesco, SHCJ, Father Joseph Tedesco, OCSO, Louis (Peggy) Tedesco and Adele Waerig (fiancé Dan Mikeska). Mother-in-law of the late William Waerig.
Anna is survived by her 6 loving grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
Anna was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and homemaker, and lived in Philadelphia, PA, New Port Richey, FL, and most recently Riverview Estates, Riverton, NJ. She was an avid bingo player, fan of the Phillies, and enjoyed meeting celebrities.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend Anna’s viewing and Life Celebration Thursday 8:30-10 a.m. at Snover/Givnish of Cinnaminson 1200 Route 130 North. Her Funeral Mass will follow 10:30 a.m. at St. Charles Borromeo Church, Branch Pike & Pomona Road, Cinnaminson, NJ. Interment will be private in New Port Richey, FL. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Riverview Estates, 303 Bank Ave., Riverton, NJ 08077.
