Arthur S. Cloutier's Obituary
Arthur S. Cloutier passed away peacefully on September 3, 2018. Born in Peabody, Massachusetts, he was 83 years old.
Arthur was the beloved husband of the late Louise Cloutier (nee Albanese). Loving father of Michele Santiago and her husband Johnny. Dear grandfather of Johnny Anthony and Anthony Michael Santiago. Great grandfather of Chase Anthony, Nicholas Ryan, and Owen Alexander. Loving brother of Mary Ellen Landry and her husband Roger, and brother-in-law of Michael Albanese and his wife Joanne.
Arthur was a US Marine for 5 years, and was in the US Navy as a Corpsman for 20 years.
Relatives and friends are invited to gather on Saturday, September 8, at Givnish of Cinnaminson 1200 Route 130 N., from 10 am - 11 am. A memorial service will begin at 11 am.
