It was very sad to hear the news of Mrs. Volgarino's passing. She was a beautiful person. Whenever I visited the Volgarino home, I was always made to feel as if I was part of the family. Mrs. Volgarino would often offer me some yummy home-cooked food, like chocolate chip cookies or lasagna, or ask me to stay for dinner. Whenever I visited Cinnaminson, I would make it a point to stop by to say Hi to Mr. and Mrs. Volgarino. My prayers are with Mr. V and the rest of the family.
Just found out yesterday of her passing. Such a shock! Such a sadness! So many memories flood my mind. I love her deeply and her family. Would love to have seen all of you at her service but was away on vacation. Wish I could have hugged you all. I have so many wonderful ceramic pieces she made for me and the ones I made when we would go together to do ceramics. I have many of her recipes; she was a wonderful cook b/c she cooked with LOVE for those she fed. She was so easy to love and ALWAYS made me feel loved and part of the family. Dear Volgarino family,So sorry to hear about the passing of dearest Audrey. Me and my mother had the privilege of working beside her at New Albany. Having only the privilege of meeting this beautiful woman recently,her strong and loving nature was prevalent. The love she showed for her family was beautiful. My deepest sympathy to her family and friends. My heart is heavy for you..
