Augustus A. Campione, of Mt. Laurel, NJ, passed away peacefully surrounded by loved ones on Wednesday, October 12th, 2022. Born on January 9th, 1937 to John Campione and Josephine Campione (nee Pilla) in Philadelphia. Loving husband to Anna Rita (nee Santoro). Beloved father to John Campione (Shelley), Daniel Campione (Daniel), Karen O’Kane (Joseph), Roseanne Romano (Charles), and Vincent Urbano (Janesa). Beloved brother to John Campione (Jane) and Thomas Campione (Barbara). Cherished grandpop to John Jr., Matthew (Lindsay), Adam, Samuel, Bethany, Charles Jr. (Adrianna), Gabrielle, Amber (Justin), Joseph Jr., Adrianna, and Alyssa, and great-grandchildren Selah, Micah, Judah, Eoin, Quinn, and Emmitt. Dear Uncle to many nieces and nephews.
A visitation will be held for family and friends on Wednesday, October 19th, 2022 from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at Givnish Funeral Home in Marlton. Located at 398 East Main Street in Marlton, NJ. 08053. Following the visitation there will be a funeral mass at St. Joan of Arc Church beginning at 11:30. The Church is located across the street from the funeral home at 100 Willow Bend Road, Marlton, NJ, 08053. Burial will follow at Resurrection Cemetery located at 5201 Hulmeville Road, Bensalem, PA, 19020.
