Barbara Fowles' Obituary
Barbara Jean (nee Smith) Fowles passed away peacefully on August 9, 2013 surrounded by her family. Born in Fayetteville, NC, Jean was 75 years old. She was a resident of Cinnaminson for 53 years. Jean was employed by the Cinnaminson Police department for 23 years as a dispatcher, Jean also worked at Lourdes Hospital for over 10 years. Jean was very active in her community, and she enjoyed bowling & bocce. She was a life member of the Palmyra Ambulance Association and a member of the Birchwood Community Association. Beloved wife of 55 years to James Ronald Fowles. Loving mother of James Ronald Fowles, Jr. and his wife Denise, Candi Fowles Wildey and Steven Jay Fowles and his wife Amy Johnston-Fowles. Loving Mom-Mom to Kurt Fowles, Taylor Fowles, Tiffany Fowles, Tatum Fowles, Gary Sowers, Chris Sowers, Jason Sowers and Blair Dribben. Great Mom-Mom to Kirsten, Hayden and Gabriella. Sister of Rebecca Walker, the late Jerry Smith, the late JoAnne D?Amato and the late Sybil Calloway. Friends and Family are invited to Jean?s Life Celebration Tuesday 12 noon at Snover/Givnish of Cinnaminson, 1200 Route 130 N. Her memorial Service will follow at 1 p.m. Inurnment will take place at Lakeview Memorial Park following the Memorial Service.
