Barbara Ann Williams, of Levittown, PA, passed away surrounded by loved ones, after bravely facing a difficult battle with lung cancer. She was born in Philadelphia, PA, on June 5, 1959, to Rita Kenny (née Fisher).
Barb was the devoted mother of Kimberly Doman (Andrew), Desiree Redanauer (Michael), and Kendra Zwiercan (Michael). She was the proud and adoring Mom-Mom to Kieran, Evan, Memphis, Ryan, Ellie, and Roman. She is also survived by her brother John Kenny (Lisa), and was a loving aunt/godmother to John Kenny (Julia), Bryan Kenny, and Krystyna Kenny.
Barb was strong, independent, and fiercely devoted to her family. Even through illness, she remained a hard worker—stubborn, spirited, and deeply loving. She never missed an opportunity to brag about her daughters and grandchildren, proudly sharing their accomplishments with anyone she met.
She had a passion for live music and loved attending concerts at Pennypack Park. A lifelong Philly sports fan, Barb also had a soft spot for her beloved cat, Ziggy, aka her shadow. She went all out for birthdays loudly singing her “Kings & Queens” song, decorated her home with joy, and was always creating—whether through arts and crafts or her love of scrapbooking. Her generosity, creativity, and deep faith were the cornerstones of her life. She attended church every Sunday frequently lighting candles for family and friends and was always praying to patron saints, especially Saint Anthony whenever something was lost.
Family and friends are invited to gather on Tuesday, July 1, at Givnish of Cinnaminson, 1200 Route 130 North, from 9:30 to 11:00 AM, with her funeral service beginning at 11:00 AM.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Barb’s name may be made to the Cancer Center at Holy Redeemer Hospital: https://www.redeemerhealth.org/make-donation-now
