Bernadette J. Neidert's Obituary
Bernadette J. Neidert (nee Talarico) passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Friday December 1, 2023 at the age of 77. She was born in Philadelphia, PA on April 19, 1946. Bernadette was the daughter of the late John (Marian) and Rita Talarico.
Bernadette was married to the love of her life, William J. Neidert for 58 years. She was blessed with four children: Bernadette, William (Christina), Robert (Bridget), and Brian. Bernadette was also a Grandmother to 9: Kristina, Andrew, Shelby, Austin, Sophia, Allison, Grace, Katharine, Alex and a Great Grandmother to 1: Ryley.
Bernadette was very dedicated in her work for many years as a bookkeeper for AFSCME Counsel 1. She wore many hats and was always a person you could count on to get the job done. Although she loved her job, she enjoyed spending time with her family the most. Her and her beloved husband did everything together, especially enjoying their casino trips and their yearly trip to Las Vegas. She loved hosting holiday get-togethers, where her family looked forward to her famous traditional foods every year. She loved cooking and baking for everyone, from her famous Italian dishes to the desserts that flooded the table. Bernadette also enjoyed cheering on her children, grandchildren, and great grandchild at their sporting events every season.
Christmas was her favorite time of the year, her children always had a contest of who would send her the “3 Wise Man” Christmas card first. She especially enjoyed watching all the Hallmark and Lifetime movies, seeing how many Christmas lights she could get on her tree, giving, and seeing the joy and smiles on the faces of her family. Bernadette is going to be greatly missed by all.
Family and Friends are invited to celebrate her life on Friday December 8 from 9-10am at Givnish of Cinnaminson, 1200 Route 130 North. A Mass will follow at 10:30am at St. Charles Borromeo Parish, 2500 Branch Pike, Cinnaminson.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Bernadette’s memory may be made to Samaritan Healthcare & Hospice, to continue the undivided love and care that they give to all their patients and families. https://www.samaritannj.org/giving/donate-now/
