Beverly E. Camenzind's Obituary
Beverly E. Camenzind (nee Alexander) passed away peacefully on Friday, January 22, 2021 with her husband at her side in Brandywine Hospital, Coatesville, PA. Born in Philadelphia to Walter James and Virginia Bernice Alexander, Beverly was 77 years old. Beverly was a resident of East Fallowfield Township, PA and formerly of Palmyra and Cinnaminson, NJ.
Beloved wife of 42 years to Fredrick G. Camenzind, Jr.
Loving mother of Raymond (Tiffany) Six, Beverly (Joseph) Ziegler, Anna T. Ishaq, Donna Wolf, Sandra Reese, Dorothy Camenzind, Fredrick Camenzind III, Margaret Ekren and Albert Camenzind.
Cherished grandmother of Harvey, Christina, James, Christina, Melissa, Gary, Courtney, Wendi, Kenny, Michael, John, Marty, Kelly, John, Shawn, Jes and Amy.
Great grandmother of Kaley, Theresa, McKenzie, Kristina and many other great grandchildren.
Sister of Virginia (Alexander) Lauber, Walter James Alexander III, the late James K. Alexander, the late Ruth Fleming, Tena (Gary) McHenry, Elizabeth Griffis, Raymond (Ruth) Alexander, Kathleen Alexander, Russell (Kathy) Alexander, Paul (June) Alexander, Edith (Bob) Pannaciulli, William F. Scott, June (Paul) Alexander and Marie (Ed) Eldred. Also surviving are many nieces and nephews.
Lt Col Beverly E Camenzind, CAP was a member of the Air Force Auxiliary. Civil Air Patrol for 42 years. She served as the New Jersey Wing Director of Cadet Programs for 4.5 years under the Command of her husband Col Fredrick G Camenzind. CAP. At the end of his term Beverly joined the staff of the Northeast Region Headquarters, Westover AFB, Mass. in numerous positions. Director of Personnel, Director of Administration, Chief of Staff under two Commands.
A gathering of family and friends will be held this Friday from 10- 11 a.m. at Givnish of Cinnaminson 1200 Route 130 North. Her Funeral Service will begin at 11 a.m.
Burial will follow at Lakeview Memorial Park.
Social distancing will be in effect. All visitors will be required to wear a facial covering.
