Florence Ruth Elwell (nee Metters), affectionately know as “Billie”, of Cinnaminson, passed away November 4, 2018. Born in Philadelphia, she was 82 years old. Billie was the beloved wife of James Elwell for 62 years. Loving mother Read Obituary
Jim, we are so saddened to hear of Billie’s passing. She was the first person to say hello when we moved into the neighborhood and was always so quick to give a friendly wave across the street. I was very sorry to hear that my Aunt Florence has "joined the majority" as her father would have said. Florence was a very kind woman, loved by her family, even those of us who moved far away. She helped me quite a bit with the Metters family genealogical research. She will be missed.
