Carmella Ann Porter's Obituary
Carmella Ann Porter (née DiAmbrosio), of Marlton, NJ, passed away peacefully on June 13, 2025, at the age of 81.
Born in Philadelphia, PA, Carmella was the beloved daughter of the late Stephen and Mary (née Gregorio) DiAmbrosio.
A devoted wife, mother, nana, and friend, Carmella will be remembered for her warmth, kindness, and unwavering love for her family. She enjoyed making Sunday Gravy and meatballs, loved dancing and was Hallmark’s number 1 fan. She loved Elvis, reality tv shows, going to the casinos and enjoyed vacationing on cruises.
Carmella was predeceased by her beloved husband, James Samuel Porter; her son Stephen Porter, and her brother Louis DiAmbrosio.
She is survived by her loving children, James “Jim” Porter (Stacey) and Lisa Rudnicki; her daughter-in-law, Maureen Porter; her cherished grandchildren, Ryan Porter, Natalie Rudnicki, Bradley Porter, Dominic Rudnicki, Hannah Fischer and Ian Fischer; her dear sister Adeline Pitucci (the late Thomas), and sister-in-law Catherine “Cookie” DiAmbrosio; her adoring niece and nephews, Thomas Pitucci, Stephen Pitucci, Anthony Pitucci, Stephen Louis DiAmbrosio, and Danielle Ruiz.
Family and friends are invited to gather at the Church of St. Isaac Jogues, 349 Evesboro-Medford Road, Marlton, on Wednesday, June 18th from 9 am to 10:45 am. Mass will begin at 11 am followed by a life celebration reception. Interment will be private.
