I am so sad to hear this news. I worked with Carol for many years at Northeast Lincoln Mercury. I always enjoyed working with her, she just had a way of making everything fun. She was an amazing woman, I'm praying for her family and will truly always remember her.
Sister, I wish you didn't have to leave our family so soon. You brought so much joy and laughter to all of us. I know you are in a better place free of pain and suffering, but I miss you so much. I have so many good memories of us growing up and I will hold them close to my heart forever. One of our favorite interests that we both shared was our love for the Jersey Shore, and every time I am I go there I will always think of you.You are my lighthouse that will forever shine. Carol was a dear and true friend for over 40 years. She was a private and proud person who loved her family dearly. She was the baby in our circle of friends, always the jokester, always quick with her one liners and always had a beautiful smile. I know she does not want us to shed a tear because she hated to be put in the spotlight but I promise I will try. Even though God wanted to take her from us so early to set her free at least she will be there to take our hand. To all of Carol’s family, you should be very proud of her for being such a good, caring and loving person, who is loved by many people. Carol was a very close friend for nearly 40 years. So many great memories to hold on to. Concerts, parties, barbeques our card club and mainly her friendship. Carol was a true friend and loved by all who met her and will be sorely missed by all. There is an emptiness in my heart, but God needed a Special Angel.....Rest In Peace dear friend!
