Carol Young of Cinnaminson NJ, formerly of Delran NJ, passed away on February 14th at the age of 78. Carol is survived by her two daughters and four grandchildren: Tina McKenna Edwards (Boyd), Katie & Matthew McKenna and Cheri Voo Read Obituary
Oh, Cheri, I am so heartbroken to learn of your mother's passing. She was such a beautiful person! I remember visiting my brother, Darron, the summer that he graduated high school and meeting you and Tina and your mom during that vacation. She was so happy and outgoing. She invited me into her home and made me feel like I was part of the family, like I had known her forever. I have missed her genuine smile and love for all whom she knew. Condolences, beautiful lady. Your mom will never be forgotten!
Carol was such a delight. She could fill a room with sunshine wherever she went....a life well lived. I will miss her.
Carol was a very, caring, and fun-loving teacher. Our son truly enjoyed attending his 3rd year at Millbridge school. We will miss that smile of hers. May she rest in peace.
What a wonderful teacher and lady!! I worked with her at DIS before she retired and also afterwards when she would return to sub! Her love for all of the children was so genuine and clear to everyone around her. Sincere condolences to your family. She will be remembered with love by so many!
This news is so heavy on my heart. Numerous memories of Carol have filled my day. Carol taught me how to care for and ride a horse, how to make an art piece out of household objects by tole painting on the object, and how to enjoy wildflowers. I loved her so much. All of my family sends their condolences.
Dear Family of Carol, I can honestly say You could not meet a more honest open and caring person as our Friend Carol. She was a beautiful person inside and out. I knew her only briefly when she was a teacher but came to know her as a friend when we began to work together on a team for Relay for Life. She then began to go to Sunday breakfasts with us and was always positive and upbeat. She often made us laugh till we cried whether at breakfast on in the Pocono"s. Special times in the Pocono's are ones of Friendship and love we will never forget. In life we are touched by people who leave their thumbprint on our hearts. Carol we will always know and feel your love by that print you left with us. Lastly I would like to quote words that were sent to us when my daughter died. " Although you are no longer physically here, your essence will live on in our hearts". So, so blessed to have known Carol Young and call her Friend.

We are heartbroken for your loss and our family shares your heartache as well. Your mom was so special and an amazing mom and friend. Presh, as she would say! We have so many wonderful memories, especially of the incredible rare lifelong friendship between our moms. We pray they are together again now. We are so blessed to have had her in our lives. We treasure all our memories of the good times & many laughs through the years....treasures forever. We are here for you all for always.
