Catherine A "Cass" Fraser's Obituary
Catherine (Cass) A. Fraser (nee Brennan) died Monday, December 09, 2013 at her home in Riverton. She was 97.
Born in South Philadelphia in 1916 in the 2300 block of S. Hutchinson St., she was employed as a waitress for Linton’s Restaurants for 35 years.
With her late husband Donald, and two sons, she owned and operated “Cass’s Pretzels” in the Pennsauken Mart for 41 years.
Mrs. Fraser is survived by her sons, Donald (Julia) and James (Beatrice), a daughter M. Sandra McKenna (Daniel), three grandchildren, Shaughnessy, Sandra and Maggie and one great grandchild Shae Lynn and many nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her brother, Robert Brennan, a sister Anna Van Coillie and two grandchildren, Francis and Katie.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend Catherine’s life celebration on Thursday, December 12, at Sacred Heart Church, 4th and Linden Ave., Riverton, from 9:30 – 10:20 am. Her funeral Mass will begin at 10:30 am. Entombment in Lakeview Memorial Park, Route 130 North in Cinnaminson.
