Cecelia Corradetti's Obituary
Cecelia Corradetti (nee Delli Priscoli/ Prisco), 97, of Palmyra, NJ, passed away peacefully on July 23, 2023. Born on June 9, 1926 to the late Michael and Mary Delli Priscoli (Dello Specchio). Devoted wife to the late Emidio L. Corradetti. Beloved mother to Lawrence A. Corradetti, Louis E. Corradetti, and Bernadette C. Matlack. Grandmother to Kenny and Emma. Great grandmother to Katrina, Kenny IV, and Lilliana. Cecelia was predeceased by her 8 siblings.
Cecelia (Ceil) was a stay-at-home mother and did not begin working until late in life, when we began working in 1975 at Palmyra High School Cafeteria and then worked at Cherry Hill East High School Cafeteria until she retired. Ceil enjoyed sharing time with the ladies Auxiliary at Sacred Heart Church, as well as the ladies of the Knights of Columbus. She was very independent and active woman from sports in her high school years to her passion for baking for anyone who needed her cakes and cookies. She also enjoyed bowling and bocci.
A gathering of friends and family will be held on Monday, July 31st at Givnish of Cinnaminson, 1200 Route 130 north, from 9:00-10:30am. Her funeral mass will follow at Sacred Heart Church of Riverton at 11:00am. Burial will take place at Lakeview Memorial Park in Cinnaminson.
