Charles H. "Reds" Bailey, Jr., of Palmyra, passed away on December 17, 2017. Born in Upper Darby, PA, he was 91 years old.
Reds was a WWII Navy veteran.
Reds was the beloved husband of the late Elsie Marie (nee Kramer). Father of Charles "Chuck" Bailey, Robert Bailey, Thomas Bailey and his wife Mary, and Michael Bailey. Grandfather of Hannah and Rachel. Also survived by his sister-in-law, Norma, and his nieces and nephew.
