Charles Friia's Obituary
Charles Friia, 78, of Mount Laurel passed away peacefully at home on June 18, 2019 with his family by his side. Beloved husband to Candace for 43 years. Loving father to Michelle Brennan and her husband Michael. He is also survived by his sister Carolyn Flood and her husband Joe and his brother Dominic. He was predeceased by his parents Bernardo and Elsie and his sister Barbara. He will be dearly missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Charles was employed by ICX Transportation in Willingboro whose headquarters are in Quincy IL. He loved his work and all the people that he worked with, some for many years, whose caring and support everyday during his illness meant the world to him and will be forever remembered by his family.
A gathering of friends and family will be held on Tuesday, June 25th from 9am to 11am at Givnish of Marlton, 398 E. Main Street. His memorial mass will be held at 11:30am at St. Joan of Arc in Marlton, NJ. Interment will be at a later date in Brigadier General William C Doyle Veterans Cemetery in Arneytown, North Hanover Township.
