Charles Muller, of Murrells Inlet, SC, formerly of Maple Shade, NJ, passed away peacefully at his home on January 25, 2021. Born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to the late Charles and Anna Muller, Charles was 84 years old. Charles was the beloved husband of Linda (nee Metzgar) for 23 years and the beloved husband of the late Adele (nee Borrelli) for 36 years. Loving father of Charles Muller Jr. (Carol), Christopher Muller (Debbie), Cheryl Achorn (Robert), Daniel Muller (Denise), Dennis Muller (Alyson), and Denise Curto (John). Dear stepfather to Michelle Pappalardi, Heather Cottom (Josh), and Laura Leypoldt (Bill). Cherished grandfather of Timothy, Matthew (Melanie), Andrew (Tanvi), Alexandra, Anthony, Robert, Julianna, William, Shelby, Randall (Autumn), Madeline, Alex (Kristina), Ethan, Sam, Harry and great grandfather of five. Dear brother of the late James Muller (Pat).
Charles was a lifelong Hawk as he graduated from St. Joe’s Prep and St. Joseph’s University. He had an excellent career working for SmithKline in Philadelphia for over 35 years before retiring from his Director of Quality Control position to enjoy the warmth of South Carolina. He was active in the community and church and served nearly 20 years as a Maple Shade reserve police officer. He loved spending time with his family and friends and sharing stories of his life experiences.
He will be greatly missed by all his family and friends.
Relatives and friends are invited to gather at Givnish of Maple Shade, 600 East Main Street, on Tuesday, February 2nd from 10 - 11:30am. A Mass of Christian Burial at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Parish, followed by interment in Calvary Cemetery, will be private for the family, due to the pandemic.

Masks, social distancing, and crowd restrictions will be strictly followed at the funeral home.
