Chris Passarella's Obituary
Chris Passarella, age 66, passed away unexpectedly on November 5, 2025.
Born on December 14, 1958, in Camden, NJ, Chris was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather who will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
He was predeceased by his parents, Edith and Thomas Passarella, his brothers, and his beloved daughter, Melissa Lynn Passarella (41).
Chris is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Elizabeth “Betsy” Passarella (née Logeren); his son Christopher Michael Passarella and daughter-in-law Jessica Mae Passarella (née Conway); and his cherished grandchildren Shelby LeeAnn (17), Eva Marie (16), Julian Louis (12), Joseph Michael (11), Jace Edward (10), and Jayde Marie (7) — all of whom brought him endless pride and joy as their “Pop-Pop.”
A skilled craftsman, Chris worked as a self-employed carpenter beginning at the age of 20. For the past 15 years, he served as a dedicated property manager for the Silver Lakes Association, where he was admired for his hard work and friendly spirit.
Family and friends are invited to gather on Monday, November 17th, from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m. at Givnish of Maple Shade, 600 East Main Street, where Chris’ Life Celebration Service will begin at 3:00 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to help with funeral expenses.
