I will miss my favorite Aunt who has a style of lovin' and livin' like no other! I'll never forget the way she always had her fabulous hair done and to this day believed it when she told me that the "hair-band" braid was her hair that she wore so many years ago as a hair style. I felt complete glee and like I could be like Aunt Chris when I found one in my own hair color as an adult and confessed to her, that mine was fake; unlike hers. (Which of course I later learned was attached just like the one I bought!!!)

She was special, she was loved, she is Auntie Mame and a gentle soul all in one person -- who was always kind to my children... and meant the world to me growing up - Much love
