Christine V. Speight's Obituary
Christine V. Speight passed away suddenly on December 6, 2020 at her residence in Maple Shade, NJ. Born in Bryn Mawr, PA to Michael and Suzanne Speight.
Beloved wife of 4 years to Daniel P. Thompson. Loving daughter of Michael Speight and Suzanne Speight. Step daughter of Dee Speight. Loving sister of Shannon Speight and Jillian Speight. Cherished granddaughter of Leonard and the late Birgitta Gottfried, and the late Neil and Barbara Speight. Niece of Don and Paula Speight, Kevin and Cindy Speight, Adam and Michelle Gottfried and Harris Gottfried. Also surviving are several cousins.
Christine was employed as a lead postal clerk for 15 years at the US Postal Service. She enjoyed going to the beach, cooking, loved animals, reading and especially spending time with her family.
A gathering of family and friends will be held this Sunday, December 13th from from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. at Givnish of Maple Shade 600 East Main Street. Her Memorial Service will follow at 2 p.m. Social distancing will be enforced, please wear a facial mask. Once you pay your respects please step out so others may do the same.
