Clarence G. Cunningham's Obituary
Clarence G. Cunningham, resident of Cinnaminson since 1963, passed away peacefully on June 6, 2017. He was 86 years old.
Clarence worked for the Pennsylvania Railroad for 20 years, and was the proprietor of Cunningham's Cleaners in Somerdale, NJ for 20 years. Brother Clarence Cunningham was a member of Covenant Lodge #161.
Clarence was the cherished husband of 65 years to the late Marie A. (nee D'Angelo). Loving father of Carol Morris (Jay) of Cinnaminson, Patricia Conti (Jon) of Franklinville, Nancy Watson (Harry) of Burlington, and the late Robert Cunningham. Dear grandfather of Cheryl, Colleen, Adam, Jason, Jacob, and Harry. Step grandfather of Jon and Jenn. Great grandfather of Alina, Logan, Holly, Cassidy, and Justin. He is predeceased by his siblings, Peg Heal, Edward Cunningham, and Whitey Cunningham. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend Clarence’s life celebration gathering at Givnish Funeral Home of Cinnaminson on Saturday, June 10th, from 12 pm - 1 pm. A Masonic service will begin at 1 pm, followed by a prayer service at 1:15 pm. Entombment will be in the Lakeview Memorial Park Mausoleum by the Lake, Cinnaminson, NJ. In lieu of flowers, donations in Clarence’s memory may be made to Samaritan Hospice, 5 Eves Dr., Suite 300, Marlton, NJ 08053 or to the charity of their choice.
