Connie Horgan
Connie passed away peacefully at her home on Memorial Day May 26, 2014. She was married to John T. Elberson predeceased, for 53 years. Two daughters Christine R. Embres preceased, and Constance L. Horgan. She has four grandchildren, Hillary Embres predeceased Jonthan Embres, Charles L. Horgan IV, and Christopher L. Horgan. Three great grandchildren Kaleigh,Emma, and Kolten Horgan. Connie has lived in Moorestown for over 50 years and was a member of Sunnybrook Swim Club for 50 years.
