Daniel J Griffoni's Obituary
Daniel Joseph Griffoni, 36, of Cinnaminson, NJ, passed away suddenly on December 5, 2022. Dear son to Diane Vasso (Bob Andersen) and the late Robert A. Griffoni. Devoted fiancé to Kourtney Kelly. Dear brother to Nick Griffoni (Christina). Loving uncle and Godfather to Nick Griffoni. He will be missed by his dog Greyson. Dan was a dedicated business owner and Mason who recently started his own business, Griffoni Masonry. Before opening his own business, he was mentored under his boss and great friend Mark Zagunis, where he learned so much about how to be a successful Mason. If Dan wasn’t working hard, you could find him rooting for all his favorite Philly sports teams, especially the Eagles (he would want us to say Go Birds!). Traveling and being in the outdoors was also something Dan loved, whether it be with his family on their summer vacations to Sea Isle City or Wildwood, or to the Pocono Mountains with his Fiancé Kourtney and Greyson, where he recently popped the question to the love of his life. Dan was lucky enough to have seen so many places along his journey, such as the Grand Canyon in Arizona, historic Virginia, snowy Vermont, and historic Boston. When he wasn’t traveling, Dan and Kourtney could be found kayaking in the Neshaminy Creek, biking in Pennypack Park, hiking in Pennsylvania and camping in New Jersey. They loved to explore and make new memories. Daniel had a huge heart and a kind, gentle soul. He will be missed by so many but thought of every time we stop and appreciate the beauty around us.
Close friends and relatives are invited to pay their respects on Tuesday, December 13th between 9 am and 11 am. The family is holding a Private Catholic Service following that for just immediate family.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Daniel's memory may be made to the American Diabetes Associaton, www.diabetes.org
