David L. Kennedy's Obituary
David L. Kennedy Sr., a resident of Delran NJ, passed away on March 16, 2015 at the age of 88. David is beloved husband of Shirley (née Teufel). They've enjoyed 64 years of marriage. Beloved father of David Kennedy Jr. (Rose), Patricia Paleologus (Nino) and Guy Kennedy (Cheryl). Grandfather of Chris, Brett, Wade, Niko, Miki, Courtney and Justin. David worked for many years at Rohm and Haas as a machinist and eventually became shop foreman. He earned his Associate’s Degree at St. Joseph’s University. He was an avid golfer, bowler and created works of art with stained glass. He entered the Navy at age 17 and proudly served his country in the Navy during WWII and Korean War. Relatives and friends are invited to David's Life Celebration Thursday 11am-1pm at Snover/Givnish's of Cinnaminson 1200 route 130 N. Military honors at 1pm. Interment at the New Jersey veteran's cemetery will be private at a later date.
