David Markham Welsh's Obituary
David Markham Welsh, of Mount Laurel, NJ, passed away on December 21, 2021. Born in Orange, NJ on August 30, 1946 he was the beloved son to the late George K. Welsh Jr. & Marilyn Eloise (Thompson) Welsh.
David was the devoted husband of Diane June (Ogram) Welsh for 53 years; Loving father of Bart Welsh (Leah), Meghan Krouse (Joseph) and Stephanie Welsh; cherished grandfather of Colin, Lily, Kenleigh Welsh and Zoe, Eliana and Micah Krouse; Dear brother of Holly Canavan (Patrick), Donald Welsh (Joanne), and preceded in death by brother George Welsh III (Joyce).
David will be fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews, extended family members and friends.
David was a United States Navy veteran of the Vietnam war and was awarded a Bronze Star and Gallantry Cross. He was a faithful member of Christ Community Church in Lindenwold, NJ, where he was blessed to serve as an elder for several years.
Services will be held on Tuesday, January 4th at 11am at Christ Community Church, Lindenwold NJ. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Donate Life America or The Cure Alzheimer’s Fund.
