My heart goes out to the Burns family. Deepest condolences.
I loved Debbie as a friend. She was always so sweet and kind. Her passing puts a real void in my heart. In 1983 I left the Funeral Service vocation and Debbie recommended me a job at EDP/JCI Data Processing. She worked at EDP/JCI doing batch cycle data entry related work and informed Bob Stranowicz, the Computer Operations Manager of me and I landed an entry level job in Computer Operations that spanned for 33 years! Why did this happen? It only happened do to Debbie Burns! I would not have gotten that job had Debbie informed me of it (and also put a good word in for me!) I am crying now as write this post and my heart goes out to the Burns family and her friends. You could never meet a person so sweet and caring. She never said anything bad about anyone, only good things that shined in people. I remember taking walks down to her house, catching frogs as a kid and talking to her. It seems like it was just yesterday! I remember seeing her in the halls of Cinnaminson Middle School and High School with that smiling face! When I worked at EDP/JCI with Debbie we went on a chartered bus trip to Atlantic City and had a good time! Debbie was there for me as a friend on FB when I was going through Lung cancer/non-Hodgkins Lymphoma radiation treatment. She will be missed deeply by me and I loved her as a friend! Rest in Peace Debbie.
