Denise E. Mervine (Garber), 62, passed away peacefully on March 6th, 2016. Loving wife of Gary Mervine. Dear mother of Lauren Smalley (Sean) and Steven Mervine (Susan). Grandmother to Scott & Colin Smalley, Benjamin & Jacob Mervine. Daughter of Anna & the late Ambrose Garber. Sister of Dennis Garber (Carol) & Joann Starkweather.
Denise loved reading, crafting, miniature gardening, and especially planning many trips with Gary. They loved exploring on countless vacations and cruises. Whether relaxing at the beach or visiting with her grandsons, Denise found these times to be a welcome escape from her complicated illness. Denise’s heroic, personal strength and passion for life leaves us proud and with full hearts. She will be greatly missed.
Friends and relatives are invited to Denise’s Life Celebration service on Thursday, March 10th at Snover Givnish of Cinnaminson, 1200 Route 130 N. from 6:00pm to 8:00pm. Services will take place at 8:00pm. Burial will be held privately. Denise requested in addition to flowers, please consider donations to Cozies4Chemo.org.
