Diane F. Carides' Obituary
Diane F. Carides (nee Gonsalves), of Cinnaminson, NJ, passed away peacefully on March 11, 2023. Born in Philadelphia, PA to the late Manuel and Frances Gonsalves, she was 86 years old.
Diane was the beloved wife of John N. Carides; loving mother of Debra Lewis (Scott), Carol Carides, Nicholas Carides (Nancy), and James Carides (Annemarie); cherished grandmother of Lauren Edge (Chris), Justin Lewis (Caitlin), Tara Yates (Jon), Jason Lewis (Amanda), Jonathan Brennan (Kim), Heather Brennan, Michael Brennan, Kelly Brennan, John Carides (Kaitlyn), Nicole Prager (Max), Colleen Carides, Jennifer Ewing, Lisa Goodson (Gabe), and Michael Carides (Cate); dear “Yaya” of Ayla, Liam, Mitchell, Lachlan, Cooper, Kellan, Kane, Bodhi, Ryan, Riley, Ava, Cole, Elise, and another great grandchild on the way. Loving sister of Donna Wengert (Jerry). Diane was a loving aunt to many nieces and nephews, and is survived by many other extended family members and friends who will miss her dearly.
Diane was predeceased by her sister, Dolores Bastian, and her grandson, Jeffrey James Brennan.
Relatives and friends are invited to gather at Givnish of Cinnaminson, 1200 Route 130 North, on Friday, March 17th, from 10 am to 11:30 am. A service will begin at 11:30 am, followed by interment in Lakeview Memorial Park, Cinnaminson. In lieu of flowers, donations in Diane’s memory may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association (www.alz.org) or to St Jude Children’s Research Hospital (www.stjude.org).
