Dolores Armour's Obituary
Dolores McLaverty Armour, age 83 died of natural causes on August 17, 2013 at Samaritan Hospice in Mt. Holly, NJ. Dolores lived a joyful life surrounded by family, good friends and her strong faith. A party girl at heart, there was always something worth celebrating. She loved to travel, but sitting around a card-table playing bridge was one of her favorite pastimes. Her commitment to serving others was admirable. She volunteered at Brandywine Estates as an aide for the Sunday service, at a time when she was actually old enough to be a resident herself.
Dolores was predeceased by the love of her life, John McLaverty. Her children and their spouses, Jay and Debbie, Patti and Joe (deceased), Brian and Pam, Deb and Joe, Dennis and Brenda, and Michele and Rob, will miss her loving ways and great sense of humor. She was also fortunate to have 16 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren that created wonderful memories throughout life.
