Donald Bruce Rogers' Obituary
Donald Bruce Rogers, of Medford Lakes, NJ, passed away peacefully on August 18, 2024 at the age of 81. Born in Trenton, NJ to the late Vernon and Helen (nee Fox) Rogers, he was a long time resident of the Medford Lakes community.
Donald enjoyed playing golf, going to Atlantic City, traveling and adventures, and was a lifelong fan of the Philadelphia Eagles and Philadelphia Phillies. He spent many years as an active member of the Lions Club of Medford Lakes. Above all, he loved spending time with his family.
Donald was a graduate of Trenton High School, and Ryder University. He went on to become a Supervising Auditor for the State of New Jersey.
Donald is survived by his wife, Donna Lee (nee Degen), Rogers; his loving partner, Joan Formiglia; his children, Jennifer Thomas (Stephen) and Donald Rogers Jr. (Carolyn); his grandchildren, Melissa Thomas and Asher Fastman; and his sister, Joann Schwartz. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends who will miss him greatly.
Relatives and friends are invited to gather at Givnish of Marlton, 398 East Main Street, Marlton, NJ on Saturday August 24 from 10 – 11:30 am. A service will begin at 11:30 am. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, Donations in memory of Donald may be made to the Medford Lakes Lions club.
