Doris Holmes' Obituary
Doris Holmes, a resident of Moorestown for 53 years, passed away on June 14, 2016. She was 94 years old.
Doris was a longtime member of the Women’s Club of Moorestown, and a member of St. Matthew’s Lutheran Church of Moorestown.
Doris was the beloved wife of the late Ross Holmes. Loving mother of Thomas E. Holmes and his wife Valerie of Moorestown. Dear Mom Mom of Lindsey and Jennifer Holmes. Loving sister of Jean Buck and Barbara Mock.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend Doris’ life celebration gathering at Inglesby/Givnish of Maple Shade, 600 E. Main St., on Monday June 20th from 10:30 – 11:30 am. Her funeral service will begin at 11:30 am, followed by interment at Lakeview Memorial Park, Route 130 N., Cinnaminson.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Doris’ name may be made to VITAS Inpatient Hospice Unit at Kennedy Memorial Hospital, 18 E. Laurel Rd, 3rd Floor, Stratford, NJ 08084.
